  • 1 lb Asparagus (bright green spears with tight tips; thicker spears work great)
  • 1 clove Garlic (freshly minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil (Olive oil, avocado oil, or grapeseed oil)

Method
 

  1. Wash and trim the asparagus, then place in a bowl.
  2. Add oil, garlic, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
  3. Place asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7-10 minutes, checking for doneness.
