Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Toss potatoes with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook potatoes for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until crispy and tender.
- Combine cooked chicken and potatoes on a plate; garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste and ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
