Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Vegetables
  • 2-3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Fats & Oils
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Garnish
  • optional fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss chicken with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer; cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Toss potatoes with remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook potatoes for 12-15 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes, until crispy and tender.
  5. Combine cooked chicken and potatoes on a plate; garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
