Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 3 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6–8 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (or neutral oil)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder & onion powder each

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 mins.
  2. Mix smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.
  3. Pat chicken dry, rub with oil, then coat with spice mix evenly.
  4. Place in air fryer, cook 9 mins, flip, then cook 7–9 mins until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest 5 mins before slicing to lock in juices.

Notes

Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
