Method
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 mins.
- Mix smoked paprika, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder.
- Pat chicken dry, rub with oil, then coat with spice mix evenly.
- Place in air fryer, cook 9 mins, flip, then cook 7–9 mins until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 mins before slicing to lock in juices.
Notes
Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F for safety.
