Method
- If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Toss shrimp in the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Cook shrimp for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl, drizzle with melted butter, and toss. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
