  • 1 pound shrimp, large or extra large (peeled and deveined, tails on or off)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2-3 fresh garlic cloves, minced)
  • 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted (for brushing after cooking)
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

  1. If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Toss shrimp in the seasoning mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Cook shrimp for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway.
  5. Transfer cooked shrimp to a bowl, drizzle with melted butter, and toss. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
