Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard (optional for texture) optional
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the glaze and place them in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 125°F–130°F.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
