Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Dijon mustard, honey, whole grain mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the glaze and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 125°F–130°F.
- Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
