Method
- Cut the cauliflower into medium/small florets.
- Whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt.
- Add cauliflower to batter, toss to coat, then toss in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add half of the cauliflower to the air fryer basket in one layer and air fry in batches.
- Set the air fryer to 370 for 10-13 minutes.
- Saute minced garlic in oil until golden, then add ginger.
- Saute for 1-2 minutes, then add remaining sauce ingredients (except water and cornstarch).
- Whisk water and cornstarch, add to sauce, bring to a low boil, then remove from heat.
- Toss cooked cauliflower with sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
Notes
Adjust the amount of gochujang and sriracha to your preferred spice level.
