  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispy potatoes, soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before tossing with oil and spices.
