Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour batter into pan, top with chocolate chips, and bake 50–60 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add cinnamon or walnuts as desired.
