Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, chicken, soup, broth, vegetables, half of cheese, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

You can customize the cheese and vegetables to your preference.
