Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rice, chicken, soup, broth, vegetables, half of cheese, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
