- Mix pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

- Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes; cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
