Main ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Mix broccoli, hash browns, shredded cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and top with extra cheese.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

You can add extra vegetables or cheese for more flavor.
