Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, broccoli, cheese, soup, milk, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs if desired.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and heated through.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

You can add extra breadcrumbs or cheese on top for more crunch and flavor.
