Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper; rub over turkey.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan, pour broth around it, cover with foil.
- Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, uncover last 30 minutes.
- Rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
