  • 1 piece butterball boneless turkey roast
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper; rub over turkey.
  3. Place turkey in a roasting pan, pour broth around it, cover with foil.
  4. Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours, uncover last 30 minutes.
  5. Rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
