Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- Steam or microwave cauliflower until tender, then drain.
- Melt butter, add garlic, then stir in cream and cream cheese until smooth. Mix in mozzarella and half Parmesan.
- Combine cauliflower and chicken with sauce, spread in dish, top with remaining Parmesan and crushed rinds.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, use crushed beef rinds or almond flour on top.
