Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 0.5 cup diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley optional
Other
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Combine chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lay out tortillas and divide chicken mixture evenly.
  3. Top with spinach, tomatoes, and parsley (optional).
  4. Fold in sides and roll up tightly.
  5. Heat olive oil in skillet, cook wraps seam-side down for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove, cool slightly, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Add a dash of hot sauce for an extra kick!
