Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer half of potatoes in a greased dish, pour half of cream mixture, then add half of cheese.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, bake 15-20 minutes until golden. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Use Gruyère for a richer flavor or cheddar for a sharper taste.
