Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add vegetables, cook until tender, then stir in marinara, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix pasta, sauce, and ricotta; transfer to a greased dish. Top with cheeses.
- Bake covered 25 mins, uncover and bake 15 mins until bubbly. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use fresh basil for extra flavor and garnish before serving.
