Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix softened butter, sugars, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients. Form dough balls and place on baking sheet.
- Indent centers of dough balls; bake for 10-12 minutes. Melt chocolate chips for filling.
- Fill indentations with melted chocolate; add sprinkles if desired. Cool before serving.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake for soft, chewy centers.
