Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until light; add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Whisk dry ingredients; gradually add to wet mixture until combined.
- Form dough into balls, place on sheet, make indentations, and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Fill indentations with ganache while warm, cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
