Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in oats, M&M's, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes before transferring.
