Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cottage cheese, half of mozzarella, marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with cheese mixture and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, then bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly, garnish with basil if desired, and serve.
