Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage until browned; drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer hash browns in a greased 9x13 dish, add sausage, then pour egg mixture, top with cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a healthier option, use turkey sausage and low-fat cheese.
