Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and zest until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Whisk eggs and salt, then gradually add warm cranberry mixture.
- Cook mixture over low heat until thickened, then stir in butter.
- Pour into tart shell and bake for 15-20 minutes until set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
