Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, orange zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
- Rub turkey with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then brush with half of the glaze.
- Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
- Check for 165°F (75°C) internal temperature, then rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
