  • 1 piece boneless turkey breast (about 2-3 pounds)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, honey, orange zest, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
  3. Rub turkey with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then brush with half of the glaze.
  4. Roast for 1.5-2 hours, basting with remaining glaze every 30 minutes.
  5. Check for 165°F (75°C) internal temperature, then rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
