Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Shake or toss potatoes, then cook for another 8 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
