  • 1.5 lbs russet potatoes, diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until coated.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Shake or toss potatoes, then cook for another 8 minutes until crispy.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crispiness, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
