Potatoes
  • 2 large Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch optional, for extra crunch
  • Dried parsley or chives optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into ¼-inch sticks and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain, dry thoroughly, and toss with olive oil, seasonings, and cornstarch.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange fries in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crisp.
  5. Remove, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak potatoes longer or double fry.
