Method
- Cut potatoes into ¼-inch sticks and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange fries in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crisp.
- Remove, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak potatoes longer or double fry.
