Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, butter, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add a sprinkle of additional crushed corn flakes before baking.
