Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and bananas to wet mixture; fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Ensure excess moisture is squeezed out of zucchini for best texture.
