Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add melted butter, egg, sugars, vanilla, and yogurt. Mix well.
- Sift in flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda; fold until just combined. Add chocolate chips and fold lightly.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
