Method
- Mix onion powder, paprika, and cumin; rub over ribs.
- Mince garlic and combine with soy sauces and honey; brush over ribs, reserving some marinade.
- Cut ribs in half and place in slow cooker; cook on low for 7-8 hours.
- Brush ribs with reserved marinade every hour during cooking.
Notes
For extra flavor, baste the ribs with the marinade more frequently if desired.
