Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 pound turkey bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hashbrowns thawed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Layer hashbrowns in a greased 9x13 dish, add bacon, then pour egg mixture and top with cheese.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
  5. Cool briefly, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or hot sauce.
