Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Add hashbrowns and stir until combined.
- Fold in 1 1/2 cups cheese, transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 45-50 mins until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier top, broil for the last 2 minutes.
