Method
- Coat chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a pan for 4 minutes per side.
- Drizzle honey and BBQ sauce over cooked chicken and stir.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pan, heat evaporated milk and cream cheese until smooth, then add chicken stock powder.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then fold in cooked pasta and chicken mixture.
- Serve hot, garnished with herbs if desired.
