Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
- Press pastry squares into a mini muffin tin and add a small Brie cube to each.
- Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with herbs if desired.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
