Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package puff pastry (thawed)
Cheese
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (about 8 oz)
Filling
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
Egg wash
  • 1 egg beaten egg for brushing
Garnish
  • as needed fresh rosemary or thyme optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out pastry and cut into 3x3 inch squares.
  2. Press pastry squares into a mini muffin tin and add a small Brie cube to each.
  3. Top each with a spoonful of cranberry sauce and brush edges with beaten egg.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with herbs if desired.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Use high-quality cranberry sauce for best flavor.
