Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, butter, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in 1.5 cups of cheddar cheese, then transfer to a greased 9x13 dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and crushed chips, then bake 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, add more crushed chips on top before baking.
