Ingredients
  

Bananas
  • 1 ½ cups mashed bananas about 2-3 ripe bananas
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl, then add oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Stir in sugars, then fold in flour until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
