Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a bowl, then add oil, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Stir in sugars, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

You can add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
