Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour or ground almonds
  • 0.5 cup mashed banana from 2 small or 1 large ripe banana
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 0.25 cup granular sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 cup chopped walnuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and walnuts in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed banana, melted butter, and sweetener.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until well blended.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
