Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and walnuts in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed banana, melted butter, and sweetener.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well blended.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of vanilla extract or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
