Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter, sugars until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt; combine with wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips, peppermint candies, and extract.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet; bake 10-12 mins. Cool before serving.
Notes
For extra peppermint flavor, sprinkle crushed candies on top before baking.
