Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, egg, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry, refrigerate for 30 mins. Form dough balls, coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on baking sheet, bake 10-12 mins. Cool before serving.
Notes
Chill the dough for easier handling and better crinkle effects.
