Method
- Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until browned, then add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas on a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
- Layer rice, beef, cheeses, nacho sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream on a tortilla, then roll into a burrito.
- Heat a skillet, add butter or oil, place the burrito seam-side down, sprinkle shredded cheese, and cook until crispy and cheese melts. Flip and cook the other side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or jalapeños.
