Ingredients
  

Meat and Seasonings
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade blend)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
Dairy and Sauces
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Wraps and Cooking
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • as needed butter or oil for grilling

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until browned, then add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Warm tortillas on a skillet or microwave for flexibility.
  3. Layer rice, beef, cheeses, nacho sauce, chipotle sauce, and sour cream on a tortilla, then roll into a burrito.
  4. Heat a skillet, add butter or oil, place the burrito seam-side down, sprinkle shredded cheese, and cook until crispy and cheese melts. Flip and cook the other side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro or jalapeños.
