Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream butter, sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, salt; gradually add to wet mixture. Mix in food coloring.
- Fold in white chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, top with sprinkles.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, cool on wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough if too soft for easier handling.
