Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment.
- Melt butter, oil, and sugars in 30-second intervals, then stir vigorously after microwaving for 1 minute.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla. Fold in dry ingredients just until combined.
- Pour half batter into pan, place Oreos in center, then top with remaining batter. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, cool fully before slicing.
Notes
For best results, let the brownies cool completely before slicing to achieve clean squares.
