Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan.
- Mix dry ingredients, then combine wet ingredients and fold into dry. Fill liners and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Heat jam until liquid, core cupcakes, and fill with jam.
- Beat butter, gradually add powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, and food coloring to make frosting. Frost cupcakes and garnish with raspberries.
