Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, honey, vanilla; whisk.
- Mix oat flour, baking soda, salt in another bowl.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Pour batter into pan and smooth top. Bake 50-60 mins.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
