Healthy Oat Flour Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 3 pieces ripe bananas (mashed)
Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, honey, vanilla; whisk.
  3. Mix oat flour, baking soda, salt in another bowl.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth top. Bake 50-60 mins.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
