  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color) sliced and shaped with cookie cutters
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 0.5 cup black olives
  • 1 small carrot cut into sticks
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley for garnish
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • halloween-themed cookie cutters (bat, pumpkin, ghost shapes) cookie cutters for shaping bell pepper and carrot

Method
 

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Slice cucumber and bell pepper; cut shapes with cookie cutters. Halve cherry tomatoes and cut carrot into sticks.
  3. Arrange vegetables on a platter to create a Halloween scene. Serve with hummus in the center.
  4. Garnish with parsley and season with salt and pepper.
