Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 2 pieces salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp cornstarch
  • Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
  3. Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt.
  4. Brush half the glaze on salmon, place in air fryer skin-side down, and cook for 7-9 minutes.
  5. Brush with remaining glaze and cook 1-2 more minutes. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture.
