Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
- Pat salmon dry, brush with olive oil, and season with salt.
- Brush half the glaze on salmon, place in air fryer skin-side down, and cook for 7-9 minutes.
- Brush with remaining glaze and cook 1-2 more minutes. Serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the salmon for best texture.
