Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Add bread to mixture, fold in berries if using, then transfer to dish.
- Mix melted butter with maple syrup and drizzle over casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
Notes
