- Mix hashbrowns, turkey ham, and cheddar in a bowl.
- Combine sour cream, soup, onion, butter, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour creamy mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer to dish and bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired and serve.
