  • 1 package frozen shredded hashbrowns thawed
  • 2 cups cooked turkey ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Optional Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Mix hashbrowns, turkey ham, and cheddar in a bowl.
  3. Combine sour cream, soup, onion, butter, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour creamy mixture over hashbrown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer to dish and bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

For best results, use fresh parsley for garnish and ensure hashbrowns are fully thawed before mixing.
