Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix hashbrowns, sour cream, soup, cheese, butter, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish and top with crushed cornflakes if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, add more crushed cornflakes on top before baking.
