  • 2-3 pieces overripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 cup sweetener
  • 2 room temperature eggs eggs
  • 0.5 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 cups almond flour

Method
 

  1. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and mix.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients until fully combined.
  4. Pour batter into a greased pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool before slicing.
